Do you need a cable that fits your installation exactly?
Here you can order cables manufactured according to your own choices, crimped with Skyllermarks’ 10‑ton presses and built to withstand marine and harsh environments (but of course they work equally well in vehicles, industry, and other demanding electrical systems).
Each connection is made with a tubular cable lug without an inspection hole and is hex‑crimped twice for maximum contact area and low contact resistance. After that, heat‑shrink tubing is installed, providing stability, strain relief, and extra protection against moisture and dirt.
Advantages of custom cables:
How to build your cable:
1. Choose the cable color
2. Choose cable lug 1
3. Choose cable lug 2
4. Choose the heat‑shrink color for cable lug 1
5. Choose the heat‑shrink color for cable lug 2
6. Enter the length in centimeters (cm)—the measurement is taken between the centers of the holes.
Minimum length is 20 cm (if a shorter length is desired—contact us).
Crimping is included in the base price. No costs other than materials will be added.
>Lead time is normally 2–5 business days (may vary with season/workload).
Please note that custom cables are not eligible for returns or refunds.

Which cable color should you choose?
If you only have a 12V system* (DC):
• Positive cable: Red
• Negative cable: Yellow or Black
If you have both 12V* (DC) and 230V (AC) in your boat—for your 12V system:
• Positive cable: Red
• Negative cable: Yellow (must not be black)
* 12V system means voltage up to 50V DC.
