2. Orders
When you complete your purchase, an order confirmation will be sent to your email address. The confirmation includes all details regarding products, pricing, billing, and delivery addresses.
If you notice any errors in your order confirmation, please contact us immediately at .
We reserve the right to refuse an order if fraud, technical errors, or other circumstances are suspected that could prevent safe fulfillment of the order.
3. Delivery
Normal delivery times are 1–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders placed during weekends are dispatched at the earliest on the following business day.
Note: Special or custom-made products may require longer delivery times.

We are not responsible for delays caused by external circumstances such as transportation issues, force majeure, or other events beyond our control.
4. Prices
Prices can be displayed in SEK or EUR, with or without 25% VAT.
We reserve the right to adjust prices due to supplier price changes, printing errors, or other inaccuracies. If a pricing error occurs, we reserve the right to correct it. You may, however, choose to cancel your purchase in such cases.
Payment is made through our payment providers. For invoice payments, a credit check may be performed. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if payment issues are suspected.
5. Right of Withdrawal
You have a statutory 14-day right of cancellation under the Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act (2005:59).
For packages not collected by the customer, we reserve the right to charge the customer for shipping costs, return shipping from the carrier to Sutars, and administrative fees. This also applies if the order was initially shipped “free of charge”.
5.1 When Exercising Your Right of Withdrawal
If you wish to return a product, you must notify us by email at within 14 days of receiving the item. In your message, please include your name, address, phone number, email address, order number, and specify which items you wish to return.
Once you have informed us of your return, you have an additional 14 days to send the product back. You are responsible for the return shipping costs and must ensure that the item is returned in new condition and in its original packaging.

Please note that returns sent to collection points, by cash on delivery (COD), or freight collect will not be accepted.
We also wish to inform you that if the total value of the goods is less than 400 SEK, no refund will be issued, in accordance with Chapter 2, Section 1a of the Swedish Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act.
We reserve the right to make deductions for any reduction in value resulting from handling of the product beyond what is necessary to determine its nature and characteristics. Such depreciation may amount to up to 100 % of the product’s value.
5.2 The Right of Withdrawal Does Not Apply To
Some goods and services are not covered by the right of withdrawal.
This includes specially manufactured or customised products, such as cables sold by the metre. The exception also applies to sealed goods where the seal has been broken for reasons of hygiene or health, and to sealed audio and visual recordings where the seal has been broken.
In addition, it applies to services that have already been completed after the customer has explicitly agreed to the service being started.
We strongly recommend that returns are sent by trackable shipment, as we are not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged during transport.
6. Complaints and Claims
All products are inspected before shipment. If a product is damaged or incorrectly delivered upon arrival, we will, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws, correct the issue free of charge.
You must contact us at for approval before returning a defective item.
Complaints must be submitted immediately after discovering the defect.
6.1 How to Proceed with a Complaint
If you need to make a complaint regarding a product, please send an email to including your name, address, phone number, order number, and a clear description of the issue.
In the case of an approved complaint, Sutars AB will cover the return shipping costs.
We reserve the right to request photographs or other evidence of the damage before making a decision regarding the complaint. If the stated requirements are not met, the complaint may be denied.
For all complaints, we follow the guidelines of the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN) – www.arn.se.
7. Limitation of Liability
Sutars AB is not liable for indirect or consequential damages that may occur in connection with the use of our products. This includes, but is not limited to, production loss, loss of income, operational disruptions, or other economic consequences.
We also accept no liability for delays or errors caused by circumstances beyond our control — Force Majeure — including but not limited to labor disputes, natural disasters, fires, wars, pandemics, government decisions, disruptions in public communications, or delayed deliveries from suppliers.
Furthermore, we disclaim responsibility for product or design changes made by suppliers or other factors beyond our influence.
In cases of liability for damages, our maximum compensation is limited to the purchase price of the affected product.
8. Product Information
We reserve the right for potential printing errors on this website and for out-of-stock products. We do not guarantee that product images perfectly reflect the product’s appearance, as color differences may occur depending on display screens, photography quality, and resolution.
For certain products (e.g., insulated cable lugs), design or shape may differ from the product image, which is used for illustrative purposes only. We always strive to present products as accurately as possible.
9. Information About Cookies
According to the Swedish Electronic Communications Act, website visitors must be informed about the use of cookies for privacy reasons.
A cookie is a small text file that a website requests to store on your computer to enable certain functions. It is possible to set your browser to automatically refuse cookies.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Updated terms will be published online on our website. The revised terms are deemed accepted upon placing an order or visiting the website.
11. Disputes and Governing Law
If a dispute cannot be resolved in agreement with Sutars AB’s customer service, you as a customer may contact the National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN) – www.arn.se.
For residents of other EU countries, complaints can be filed online through the EU Commission’s dispute resolution platform: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
We follow the decisions of ARN or equivalent dispute resolution bodies.
Any disputes regarding the interpretation or application of these terms shall be governed by Swedish law.
