Exercise your right of withdrawal ?

You have the right to withdraw from your agreement (right of withdrawal) within 14 days without giving any reason. Fill in your details below and confirm that you wish to withdraw. We will immediately send a receipt to your e-mail stating the time at which we received your notice.

Return of goods:
Before returning any goods you must contact us by e-mail and await our approval and return instructions. State your order number and which products you wish to return.
Please note that the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that have been made or customised to your specifications, for example cable cut to an ordered length.
Nor does the right of withdrawal apply to orders where the total order value is below 400 SEK.
Once the return has been approved, the goods must be sent back to us no later than 14 days after your notice of withdrawal. You as the customer are responsible for and pay the return shipping.
You are also liable for any diminished value of the goods if they have been handled more than was necessary to establish their nature and functioning.
Returns made without prior approval and return instructions from us cannot and will not be processed.

Refund:
Refunds are made no later than 14 days after we have received your notice of withdrawal. However, we are entitled to withhold the refund until we have received the goods back and inspected their condition.
